How is the delivery fee for products calculated?

The delivery fee would be calculated based on the location of the buyer and the buyer shall be notified before the package leaves the shop

For the majority of Stylez products, you will need to make payments with your debit card through our secured debit card payment system online but for selected items payment can be done with your bank card or via cash on delivery.

Yes, the Nigeria postal service will normally contact you and will share with you details on how to receive the shipment. In exceptional circumstances, they may ask you to collect the item from their nearest office.

Packages usually take between 3-5 working days.

Items shipped through Nigeria Postal Shipping have higher lead times. We work with postal providers to arrange for delivery within the estimated timelines given here

We use dispatch riders within Lagos and outside Lagos, we use industry-standard Nigerian courier services

How can I return a product?

Products should be examined before they leave the shop, please verify that the product is in good shape before leaving the premises. Stylez beauty supply will not bear the cost of damaged goods by the customer after this confirmation.

On the other hand for goods purchased online and delivered by courier, you can initiate a return within 5 days for Official Store items and 3 days for other eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.
